6 Meter Whaler

From Bob Dalziel in the Pacific Northwest, four views of his John Welsford designed 6M Whaler in frame.

Bob is going to rig her as a sloop or cutter, and although he has not chosen the final rig yet has moved the mainmast step aft to put the centres in the right place for a single masted rig which John Welsford will draw up for him. He is also not fitting the motor well, preferring to use an outboard mount instead of "cutting a hole in the bottom".

We thought that although there is quite a way to go that the lovely shape of this 19 ft 6in double ender is clear enough to be worth showing off.
